Salary
Questions
If you go to work somewhere, in principle this company always has a collective labor agreement that they must adhere to, this is a collective labor agreement that contains agreements about employment conditions. Think of your minimum wage, travel expenses, working hours, but much more. Since OPUS. is a member of the NBBU, a fund for private employment agencies, the hirer's remuneration applies from your first working day. You will then receive the same conditions as any other employee within the company where you will be working. So also employees who are directly employed. This ensures that you as an employee never have fewer rights than the other staff.
To determine what your salary is, we first look at the job group you belong to. This is determined on the basis of three job characteristics: the type of work you do, the knowledge, experience and skills you need for it, and the degree of independence in which you work.
More information about the minimum wage can be found here: https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/onderwerpen/minimumloon
Your salary is processed and paid every week on Wednesday. It is therefore also possible that the money will only be in your bank account on Thursday or in an exceptional case on Friday. This has to do with the processing time of your own bank. OPUS. uses the services of Rabobank. He usually sends the batch on Wednesday. This order then goes to all banks, some banks are a bit slower or it simply takes time to get into the processing process. This usually only happens with foreign banks. At Dutch banks, the money is usually available within an hour.
You can submit your hours via Easyflex2Go. It is also possible that the company where you will be working informs us of the hours. Then you must ensure that the department responsible for this receives your hours. They then send it to us digitally via Easyflex2Go. However, if you want to do it yourself, you have to log in to your profile on Easyflex2Go, fill in the hours there and send them. They then go to your employer for approval, who approves them and then sends them to us. Another way to pass on the hours is only via the PEP time registration system, which is a check-in system used by a select number of companies.
PEP is a time registration system from NEDAP. We will give you a pass, credit card size, and with this you can clock in and clock out at the employer using a box that hangs there. The system then calculates exactly how many hours you have worked.
Of course. You will always see this automatically appear in your profile on Easyflex2Go on Wednesday after all hours have been processed. If this specification is not yet available on Thursday, your hours have either not been passed on or something is wrong. Feel free to contact us, we can tell you all about it.
Of course. In this case, we would like to ask you to contact us to schedule an appointment. Explaining via whatsapp or over the phone has turned out to be virtually impossible. It is more practical for you and for us to discuss at the table.
No, unfortunately there isn't. Our salary package does not offer the possibility to provide the salary specification in other languages.
Your net amount is calculated based on your weekly wage. The amount depends on a number of factors, such as the number of hours you work. In the Netherlands you have to pay more tax the more you earn. If you start working more, you will have less net per hour, while your gross hourly wage will remain the same. It is also important whether you are eligible for a payroll tax credit and how high that discount is. You can claim this by completing a wage tax statement.
You will receive the same periodic salary increase as the employees employed by the client, who work in the same or equivalent position as the flex worker. The amount of the periodic salary increase, the conditions under which it is paid and the time at which it is paid are therefore determined by the remuneration scheme that applies at the hirer.
Your annual statement is always sent in February. You can find it in your profile on Easyflex2Go.
