All-rounds nursery worker

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who enjoys working with plants and loves being active both outdoors and in the greenhouse. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and potentially grow into a role with more responsibility, such as a team leader.Your tasks will be varied and offer plenty of diversity. From plant care at the nursery to gathering and sorting plants, as well as preparing orders for shipment in the warehouse. Over time, you may also take on the responsibility of leading a small team of colleagues. A dynamic and versatile role with great growth opportunities!

For this position, no specific education or experience in working with (perennial) plants is required. Even if you're a recent school graduate or a BBL student, you're more than welcome to apply. The most important thing is that you're motivated and eager to quickly master the tasks.

We ask that you speak Dutch and/or English and are able to read Dutch. A forklift certificate is a plus, but it's perfectly fine if you're willing to obtain this certification. The role requires good physical condition (or the willingness to build it up with us). For loading carts/pallets, a minimum height of 1.65 meters is preferred.
