15 years of connecting people with work – here's how it started:

Everywhere Abdel looked — among the green rows of nurseries in Boskoop — he saw the same issue again and again: companies were short on workers. While he was hauling plants, an idea began to grow. Why not provide staff himself? He had no experience in recruitment and no vast network — just a healthy dose of courage. He took the leap and started an employment agency. What began as a small venture in the agricultural sector has grown into a strong brand placing people in production, logistics, horticulture, and beyond. Today, OPUS. stands for more than just work. It’s about people, opportunities, and moving forward together.

OPUS. through the years

1999

Abdel starts working in the nursery sector, supplying staff to local entrepreneurs.

2008

OPUS is founded. His freelance activities are formalised into an official employment agency.

2012

We move to Boskoop, opening our first official office.

2013

We achieve both the SNA and SNF certifications. Everything is properly arranged — from payroll to housing. No risks, no hassle.

2021

We relocate to Waddinxveen — a fresh new office, even closer to our clients in the region.

2022

We continue to grow, now also supplying staff in logistics and production.
