We are an employment agency that goes beyond simply filling vacancies. We create the right match between employer and employee in sectors such as horticulture, logistics, and production, with a strong focus on personal guidance, security, housing, transportation, and safety.

15 years of helping people find work. This is how it started:

Between the green rows of the nurseries in Boskoop, a recurring problem became clear: companies were consistently short of staff. From that experience came the idea to connect people with work ourselves.

Without extensive experience in recruitment, but with courage and perseverance, the first step was taken. What started small in the agricultural sector grew into a strong brand that places people in production, logistics, horticulture, and more.

Today, OPUS. stands for more than just work. It is about people, opportunities, and moving forward together.

OPUS. through the years


1999

Abdel starts working in the nursery sector, supplying staff to local entrepreneurs.

2008

OPUS is founded. His freelance activities are formalised into an official employment agency.

2012

We move to Boskoop, opening our first official office.

2013

We achieve both the SNA and SNF certifications. Everything is properly arranged — from payroll to housing. No risks, no hassle.

2021

We relocate to Waddinxveen — a fresh new office, even closer to our clients in the region.

2022

We continue to grow, now also supplying staff in logistics and production.

2025

Expansion into the Westland region. Start of active recruitment and services for new clients and candidates in the Westland region.
