How much does it cost to hire the right people?

Our workers are paid and billed per hour worked. This means you only pay for the hours actually worked — with no extra costs for sick leave or days off.

Our hourly rate starting from €29.50

What’s included?

When you hire a worker, the following costs are included in the hourly rate:

Gross hourly wage of the temporary worker
Allowances for holiday pay, public holidays, vacation days, short-term leave, and training
Social security contributions (unemployment, disability, and health insurance)
Statutory employee insurances
Pension

What’s not included?

There are also a few costs that are not included in the standard rate. These are variable costs that may differ per situation, such as:

Travel allowance: depends on the distance and whether the worker is entitled to it
Work-from-home allowance: only applies if remote work is possible and agreed upon
Year-end bonus or one-time payment: depends on the agreements with the hiring company
