A next step for OPUS: Angelique Sanchit becomes co-owner

A new step for both Angelique Sanchit and OPUS Recruitment. In addition to her current role as Managing Director, Angelique recently became co-owner of the company. This further strengthens her long-standing involvement in the development and day-to-day management of OPUS.

With this co-ownership, Angelique now takes full responsibility for both the daily management and the long-term direction of OPUS. Abdel has taken a step back, which means clients and partners can contact Angelique directly with any questions or enquiries.

From Commercial Manager to Managing Director and co-owner

Angelique has more than sixteen years of experience in sales and client relations. She brought this experience to OPUS, where she started as Commercial Manager with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships.

Over time, her role expanded. She became increasingly involved in the company’s operations and the team, eventually taking on the role of Managing Director. As the person with overall responsibility, she has since been leading the team and maintaining contact with clients. Becoming co-owner is now a natural next step.

More responsibility for the future of OPUS

As co-owner, Angelique will not only retain her operational responsibilities but will also have a greater say in the long-term direction of OPUS.

This includes decisions regarding investments, services, and the sectors and regions in which OPUS wants to grow. In a constantly changing labour market, finding and retaining employees requires more than simply filling a vacancy. Companies are looking for a recruitment partner that thinks along with them and can respond quickly when circumstances change. This is exactly where OPUS wants to continue developing.

What stays the same?

Although her role is changing, Angelique will remain closely involved in the day-to-day business. For clients, candidates and employees, she will continue to be the familiar face within OPUS.

Personal contact and direct communication remain at the heart of our approach: not simply knowing which vacancy needs to be filled, but truly understanding what a company needs. Her new role gives Angelique even more opportunity to shape this approach for the long term.

Continuing to build OPUS together

Becoming co-owner is the next step in Angelique’s involvement with the company. She will use the experience gained throughout her previous roles to continue developing OPUS step by step, while maintaining the personal approach that defines the company.
