That’s why, starting January 1, we are introducing our own Employee Loyalty Program, created especially for everyone working through OPUS.
With this program, we enhance:

✏️ How does it work?
Each employee earns 1 loyalty point for every hour worked. These points can be exchanged for attractive rewards, ranging from practical items to more luxurious gifts. This way, we not only encourage long-term collaboration, but also give employees something tangible in return for their dedication.
The Employee Loyalty Program is an additional way for us to strengthen the connection with our employees — and, in turn, with your organization. After all, a satisfied employee is one who stays, contributes, and grows.
