Minimum wage increase from January 1, 2026
What will change?
-
The hourly minimum wage, introduced in 2024, will remain the standard. There will no longer be a monthly or weekly minimum wage.
-
Starting January 1, 2026, new hourly rates will apply for everyone aged 15 and older.
-
The new amounts have not yet been officially announced by the government. Once they are published, we will update this article and inform all our temporary workers right away.
What does this mean for you as a temporary worker?
-
If you currently earn the minimum wage, your hourly wage will automatically increase from January 1, 2026.
-
If you work through us at a company with salary scales, we will check for you whether this change affects your pay level or allowances.
-
You will see your new wage amount on your payslip from the first payment after January 1, 2026.

No, we will update this automatically.
- Will this affect my allowances or benefits?
