Technical Wholesale Sector Collective Agreement Updated: 3% Salary Increase

On 1 April, the changes to the collective labour agreement (CAO) for the Technical Wholesale sector will take effect. Various agreements were made on 1 March, with the most important change being the salary increase that will come into force.

The main reason for the updated CAO agreements is to make the sector more future-proof and attractive. The new agreements allow employees to continue developing and growing. Rising living costs have also played an important role.

For many employees, this means that salaries will increase by 3% from 1 April, based on the new CAO pay scales. In addition to wages, other agreements will also change. The sector aims to continue developing in a sustainable way. These agreements focus on training, professional development and the sustainable employability of employees.

For employees working through Opus. within the Technical Wholesale sector, salaries will be automatically adjusted according to the new CAO pay scales. No action is required from employees. Once the new CAO comes into effect, the salary increase will be implemented automatically.

By investing in employees, the CAO parties aim to ensure that companies can continue to rely on well-trained personnel in the future.

What this means for employees:

  • 3% salary increase from 1 April

  • New CAO agreements focused on sustainable development

Employers will inform employees about the exact consequences of the CAO agreements that apply to them.

Check whether your salary has already been adjusted in accordance with the new CAO agreements and stay informed about developments within the technical wholesale sector.
