Assembly Operator

About the role

As an Assembly Operator you will:

• Assemble sensors, thermowells and related temperature-measurement components accurately and according to work instructions.
• Work on various types of sensors: from simple industrial sensors to high-temperature or high-pressure sensors.
• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions and quality standards to ensure proper assembly and reliable functioning of each sensor.
• Perform basic quality checks and ensure that assembled sensors meet company standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth production flow and meet delivery deadlines.

What we expect from you

• Good command of English, sufficient to understand work instructions and communicate with colleagues.
• Manual dexterity and “handy” skills — ability to work carefully with small components and tools.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain quality standards.
• Reliable, responsible and team-oriented.
• (Experience in electronics or mechanical assembly is a plus, but not required.)
