Production Employee
About the role
As a production worker, you play a crucial role in our production process. You make sure everything runs smoothly and that our packaging is of the highest quality. Your tasks will include:
- Setting up and operating machines
- Checking and processing packaging materials
- Fixing small malfunctions (or reporting them to the technical team)
- Keeping your workspace clean and safe
- Working together with friendly colleagues

What we expect from you
- You're practical and enjoy working with your hands
- You have some experience in a production environment (or you learn quickly!)
- You're reliable and keep your promises
- You speak basic Dutch or basic English
What we offer
- Starting hourly wage of €14.94
- Full-time work with job stability
- Monday to Friday schedule (08:00 – 17:00)
- Travel allowance
- 25 vacation days and holiday pay
