Production Worker
About the role
As a production employee, you’ll mainly be involved in harvesting flowers and planting bulbs. The tasks are varied – from sorting lilies to packaging the flowers. Working with attention to quality and being able to work independently are essential in this role.
You’ll work Monday through Friday, starting between 06:00 and 06:30, with a 38-hour workweek. Within the team, there’s a strong sense of shared responsibility: we get the job done together. Colleagues address each other when something isn’t going well and help one another to continuously improve.
