• Collecting and checking orders according to packing lists
• Ensuring that each transport is complete, correct, and ready for departure
• Loading and unloading carts and assisting with internal transport
• Performing final quality and quantity checks before shipment
• Keeping the warehouse and logistics area clean, safe, and organized

• Affinity with logistics, warehouse work, or the horticultural sector
• Physically fit and comfortable with active work
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of English (Dutch is a plus)
• Experience in logistics or plant wholesale is an advantage, but not required
