Rail System Installer

Job DescriptionIn this role, you’ll work at various locations across the Netherlands (and occasionally in Belgium) to install rail systems, both manual and electric. These rails are used for hanging curtains, screens, and other equipment in venues such as theaters, schools, community centers, and music halls. Working at heights, using scaffolding or aerial lifts, will be a regular part of the job.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Installing and assembling rail systems on-site
• Hanging curtains, screens, and other items
• Carrying out preparatory work at our workshop in Waddinxveen
• Assembling stage elements and preparing shipments (e.g., ballet floors)
• Engaging with clients on-site (English is a plus)

• as technical insight and work experience and physical strength
• Is a hands-on worker who’s comfortable working at heights
• Is eager to learn a trade and can safely handle scaffolding and aerial lifts
• Has strong communication skills and a friendly approach with clients
• Is flexible with working hours (able to start earlier than 08:00 if needed) and willing to stay overnight on location occasionally

• A driver’s license is a plus, but not essential. If you’re the right candidate, we’re happy to discuss options.
• When working at distant locations, the team may depart earlier than 08:00.

• Salary from € 2.500,- based on 40 hours a week
• 8,33% holiday allowance
• A full-time 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00)
